A day to jolly

Alhamdulillah, abah & Fathma selamat sampai rumah subuh tadi... I woke up around 6 am, and so funny that I kinda feel special "presence". LOL. 6th sense ker? Supposely abah will arrive around 8 am, but somehow Farhan picked them and sent o my house earlier. So happy, so today I cooked nasik dagang with gulai ikan tongkol. Planned to visit my auntie at cheras, and definitely she will love this nasi dagang. Will share photos and recipe soon. Now I gotta cook laksa for beloved mr eazy. Well. this is his fav weekend food :P Now and always....

Macaroni & Cheese

Okay, finally mami be able to tried out this method of mem'mac n cheese'kan Hannan's favorite.but still. there is a few way to improve it out. This is mami nyer style no...

1 1/2 cup of macaroni - boiled & drain
1 cup of cheddar cheese - shredded
1 cup of evaporated milk
50 g butter

prep :

1. Pour half of macaroni into baking pan
2. Spread cheese & butter, left some for top
3. Pour another half of macaroni
4. Sprinkle cheese on top
5. Pour evaporated milk

I baked for 40 minutes with 200 c

The outcome.improvement needs:
- add more milk so it will be softer
- do not sprinkle cheese on top. Enough with one layer of cheese in between.

overall, ok lah, the kids loves it, cuma mami got to eat the crisp part yg kat atas yg tak cun and looks like hangus a bit tu lah!  overall, mami rate B for this trial (for my own self ya..)  ahhahahaha..  ok, see ya!

Well, personally I think this poem is a little childish, and not too realistic. Why would a man stay awake for hours to watch you sleep? I think that is CREEPY. Some people have their own way of expressing their feelings. I knew a guy who used to have sweet talks for years, but a CHEATER. (rubbish!) and some other guy who is failed in sweet talk, but have their own way of expressing their feeling, …And their own way may not always be a Hollywood chick-flick romance.. which I say I preferred. For most of us, its a treat when our man tries at some romantic gesture or says something very sweet. It doesn’t happen 24/7, but we know they loves us. It’s just in their own way.

This poem reminds me of what my Sugareazy did, for > 5 years we've been together. Well, we've been through a lot, sweet, bitter and charm. I would never forget how he chased me, how he stands by me, and for all that he did.

Sugar, thank you very much for always be there for me. I love you more today than I did yesterday and I will love you more tomorrow than I do today!~   You know what is the best moment I remember about you?  I remember how you hugged me when I cried when I told you I lost my job contract because of my pregnancy (that was 5 years ago!!)  and you were saying things to comfort me. How sweet that moment is... You might forgotten about it totally, but I engraved it in my heart as the sweetest moment ever. I was so stupid and funny that time, hahahaha
